European officials expect the meeting between Donald Trump and Volodimir Zelenski, scheduled for December 28, to be productive, but the outcome remains unpredictable, reports CNN, quoted by Meduza Live.

“With Trump, there are no sure options”, stated one of the NATO officials.

The meeting between Trump and Zelenski will take place in Florida, on December 28, and will start at 22:00 (Kyiv time).

Zelenski told Axios that he intends to discuss the framework for ending the Russo-Ukrainian war and negotiate more favorable conditions regarding the territories in Donbas, which Russia claims.

In turn, Trump told Politico that he expects a “good” meeting with Zelenski. However, he warned that the Ukrainian president “will not get anything until I approve”, notes Meduza Live.
