    The Trump Administration has presented European leaders with an annex to the peace plan proposed by the US, which stipulates that Russia’s economy should be reconnected to global business, following investments by American companies in the Russian energy sector. The final result should be, according to the Trump administration, the restoration of Russian energy flows to Western Europe, according to sources cited by WSJ.
