The largest oil companies in Russia are tightening restrictions on fuel sales in Moscow and the capital region, amid a fuel crisis affecting almost all regions of the country. According to RBC, Gazprom Neft gas stations in Moscow allow refueling with a maximum of 30 liters of gasoline or 60 liters of diesel per single visit. Refueling in canisters is prohibited.
