An object resembling a drone was detected on the roof of a residential building in the Center sector of the Capital. According to the Police, the citizens living in one of the building’s staircases have been evacuated.
The Police Engineers have secured the area. Until the evacuation and removal of the potentially dangerous object, access inside is restricted.
“According to preliminary information, the object is damaged, after it reportedly hit the roof of the building. It is to be examined in detail by experts“, reports the Police of the Republic of Moldova.
Law enforcement officials are taking measures to investigate the case and establish all the circumstances of the incident. Citizens are urged, in this context, not to touch suspicious objects and to immediately report them to the Emergency Service 112.
