The leadership of the Russian Troops Operational Group, that is, the Russian soldiers illegally stationed in the Transnistrian region, would have been declared undesirable on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, announces the Telegram channels from Tiraspol.

The editorial staff of deschide.md discussed with its sources from the separatist region, who confirmed the information and provided more details. Thus, this status was received by both the commander of GOTR, Dmitri Zelenkov, and his deputies, Dmitri Opalev, Serghei Mașenko, and Serghei Șirșov. Also, the chief of the GOTR general staff, Marat Iarulin, and Alexei Bogomolov, who is in charge of the illegal financing schemes of GOTR, are banned on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

After learning about the measures taken by the constitutional authorities in Chisinau, the leadership of the Russian Troops Operational Group has intensified internal checks and verifications on the enlisted soldiers.

So far, the authorities in Chisinau have not made an official announcement in this regard. The measure substantially limits the maneuvering space for the GOTR leadership, who are no longer able to leave the Transnistrian region without risking deportation and the inability to return to the separatist area.

We remind you that, at the end of March, the former so-called Minister of Internal Affairs of the Tiraspol regime, Ruslan Mova, was not allowed to enter the Republic of Moldova. This happened after, in February, Mova and eight other former and current officials within the Transnistrian separatist regime were stripped of their Moldovan citizenship by a decree signed by President Maia Sandu.
